As a Level 1 and Level 2 Accredited Services Provider (ASP) we have the capability to complete all electrical aspects of the development from the installation of underground electrical reticulation,
high and low voltage supply, substation installation, cable jointing and commissioning of the project with the Electrical Authority.

As a Sydney Water accredited and qualified contractor CJ Doyle has the capability to provide services for W1, W2, W3 (Water Supply DN 100 – 1200), RW (Recycled Water DN 65 – 375) & Drilling (Water Services Connection). Our sewer accreditation includes S1, S2 (Sewerage Reticulation DN 150 – 750), PE (PE Pipe Systems) and LP (Pressure Sewer Systems). These accreditations allow for the sewer and water requirement for developments to be completed by one contractor.
Our experienced and qualified operators and pipelayers have the specialised skills to ensure all projects are completed in a professional manner with each crew having all the necessary resources available with the best plant and equipment allowing CJ Doyle to meet the developer program requirement from greenfield to complex projects. With excellent project management capabilities these projects are well management by our experienced Site Supervisors and Project Managers.
CJ Doyle have successfully applied for and managed the lodgement of bank guarantees for over 400 projects with a total bond value of over $100m for over 10 years. CJ Doyle offers this service to our customers as unsecured funding as a variation to the project as a 30-day end of month account. This saves the Developer from having to source additional funding together with the security required by banks.
Specialising in Early Notification of Arrangement with Endeavour Energy (commonly known as ENOA) and Section 73 Compliance Certificate with Sydney Water. This enables the Developer to receive the early certifications for the project, often a 6 to 8 week advantage, assisting in the speedy release of the linen from Council and ultimately the early registration of the subdivision yielding earlier settlements from sales.
Having CJ Doyle manage this service with the respective government authority allows minimum amount of administration and involvement from the Developer. This also places maximum responsibility on CJ Doyle being the Level 1 ASP (Endeavour Energy) and Accredited Constructor (Sydney Water) to complete the project construction to the satisfaction of the government authority therefore minimising the chances of failure.
CJ Doyle maintains a reputation with the government authorities of having professional construction and management capacities which are essential to enter into the financial and programming commitments required to issue the respective early certification.
